Transforming a business is hard. It’s hard because it’s much more than incremental change. Transformation means rethinking your business, rethinking your operating models, and making strategic decisions that affect where and how you can and will deliver incremental, breakthrough value. But transforming in the middle of a global pandemic is a completely different level of hard. Yet, we managed to pull it off. Transforming from an agency specializing in newspaper buying to a multimedia powerhouse is something I reflect on often and think, “Wow. Look what we did.”
