Novus Taps Docter To Lead Data Strategy, Innovation

Independent media planning and buying agency Novus appointed Mari Docter as its new senior vice president for data strategy and innovation.
In hew new role, Docter will create a new data strategy team, as well as participate in MarTech initiatives.
She reports to Melony Rios, CEO.
Previously, Docter worked at WPP’s Mindshare as group director, audience and data strategy, driving strategies for Coca-Cola, Discover and Walgreens. She also held posts at VMLY&R and MediaCom.
Rios said her leadership would “elevate our agency to new heights.”
Novus’ clients have included Valvoline, Fever Tree, Dollar Tree and Centene Corp.
